Don't know if it's really a trick, but for the metal sleeved diff bushings, you drill a hole in the rubber part to slide a sawzall blade in, then cut the sleeve. Then you can take a screw driver and a hammer and punch it out. Bottle jack would be better if you're removing the subframe though. It's a trick from G35s and G37s
